Hello, I’m Solomon in Vanuatu
Hello!
I am Hyup Lee, a Korean living in Vanuatu. Korean names are hard to pronounce, so they call me by my Christian name, which is Solomon Lee. I go by Solomon here in Vanatu and Blue Pango online.
Vanuatu, where I live, was selected by the UK New Economic Foundation in 2006 as the world’s happiest country. I am living a happy life with my wife, a daughter and a son in this happy island.
I want to share the latest events in Vanuatu and my everyday life with those visiting my post.
By the way, I run an accommodation here.

Tourists from different parts of the world stay in my accommodation. So, I frequently go to the airport.
A few days ago, I was at the airport when I saw a local a cappella team. They were making such a marvelous harmony as a present to the tourists that I captured it with my camcorder. Unfortunately, I was not able to record a lot because my battery ran out.
Click on the below to enjoy the extraordinary harmony!

You’re so lucky guy to live in nature. I’m so into your life and also into their harmony. I cannot believe the song is came out of their lips. They’re amazing. Wonderful!
Hi, infinity6
Thank you for your reply.
You can make in nature life.
It’s wonderful!
Annyong haseyo Hyup Lee,
I am coming to Vanuatu soon as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer (maybe you have heard of this organization). I have a fondness for Korean culture, because I studied at Goreotaehakkyo in Seoul for 4 months in 2008. I was happy to hear that there were some Koreans in Vanuatu, because Koreans are very friendly and welcoming. I hope there is kimchichiggae available on the islands, haha!
I will be arriving in Port Vila in a month for training, but maybe we can stay in contact. Send me an e-mail, I’d be happy to talk to you.
