Digital Camera Launching 2009 Event in Guatemala
On June 4, Samsung Digital Camera Launching 2009 Event was held in Guatemala City, Guatemala, featuring an exhibition of Samsung products and a speech given by Enio Pagurut. Over forty guests including journalists were able to review new features.
Mr. Enio has worked as a well-known photographer in Guatemala for 25 years. He gave a speech about his own experience, after testing the Samsung Digital Camera WB500. He demonstrated convincingly that the WB500 is worthy as a professional, as well as a compact camera.
After the speech, guests visited the exhibition booth. Awareness and reviews of the products in Guatemala have improved. The visitors from Guatemala also showed a lot of interest and positive response to the latest devices.
Photo Zone, one of the sections in the exhibition, is provided to test the functionality of Beautyshot. Reviews of the Samsung digital imaging products have mentioned specifically that Beautyshot feature stands out from many features, compared with the third-party products. As expected, the Beautyshot attracted a number of female guests, and fulfilled their satisfaction due to the fact that they looked better on the pictures.
The event was introduced in a local broadcast in Guatemala by Cable TV Guatevison and the local public TV station. The reporters conducted an interview with the participants. It was significant that the Samsung’s increasing brand recognition was confirmed through this event.
At the end, the event host offered gifts to the guests, and the event was considered a success.
