Da Jia Hao ! ! ! (Hello everyone! ! !)
Da Jia Hao! (Hello everyone!)
It has already been two years since I came to Shanghai.
It’s no exaggeration to say that this is the city that never sleeps due to the neon signs that never go off.
People moving without a pause.
A city that makes me laugh and cry with endless episodes.
The life in Shanghai is still very new and exciting to me.
I’m really excited about the splendid spring weather these days, but there is one thing that makes me even more excited than the weather and that’s my new WB500(HZ10W)!
Like its substantial weight – something tells me that this is going to be a reliable friend. One more item added on my endorphin list!!
Recently I’m really into just going around town and taking pictures of night view, just as fluttered as I was when I first arrived in the city.
Well.. nice to meet you! Let have fun together, WB500(HZ10W)~

Xinshijie Department store Starting point of Nanjing road
My Chinese friend had brought me here for the first time and told me that this used to be (not so much now) the shopping mecca.
I remember rolling my eyes at every marvelous thing I saw.
Crowded people! Wow! Dazzling lights on the street! Wow!!
And the clean streets! Wow!!!
Let’s walk through Nanjing road together, shall we?

Lights on the street become brighter as the night grows late.
Cute mini train that comforts the feet of tourists, tired of touring around the city all day.
The mini train (which costs 2 won(=40cents)) will stop once under thoughtful consideration for tourists who want to take in all the views in the camera.

High school students wearing blue gym suit taking a quick rest while strutting down the streets of Nanjing. One surprising fact here!
The blue gym suit is not for gym only, it’s their uniform!~ ^^

A hotel located at the center of Nanjing road.
The ground floor is filled with various shops, and the restaurants and hotel are located in the second floor.
The picture can be a bit hazy or a bit shaken around the building due to bright lighting, but no worries if you take pictures using the “night view mode” of WB500(HZ10W)!

The street is always crowded with people.
Since there are always so many busy people moving fast on the street,
these people are captured in my camera angle unexpectedly like main characters.
Some with their feet cut off.
but after a minute of distress, something sparks in my head..
“Children mode!” which helps to capture children with a lot of movement.
Why did I forget about this?
There are no rules to use the “children mode” only when taking pictures of children, is there? Haha

The green light that starts from the bottom of the building.
The building that changes its color gradually from the bottom.
A cute Chinese kid riding on dad’s shoulder staring and giggling
at the dazzling sight.
I also wanted to capture the split of streetlight in the picture,
but my poor skills fall short of doing that.
I’d have to spend a lot more time with WB500(HZ10W) so that I can get used to the functions and be able to takes pictures of every moment without missing any.
In Shanghai, even the same location and the same building appear completely different by day and night.
So different that it makes you wonder if this really is the same place.
A thousand hearings are not worth one seeing.
Next week, I’ll take pictures of Yu Yuan after sunset.
If you’re curious about what Yu Yuan looks like, look out for the next post!
Yu Yuan holds the traditional heritages of China, in vivid contrast to the modern Nanjing road.
This is exciting!! Me, happy as ever~ Lalala~~!
